Our vision is that public education in Georgia will provide all children an equitable and excellent education that prepares them for college, career and life. The recommendations set forth in this Vision are organized into seven system components:

We believe that these recommendations, when implemented effectively, will transform public education in Georgia.
Positive High School Athlete Awards
The Randolph County School System is now a participant in the Positive High School Athlete Awards. The Positive Athlete Georgia nominations are now open for the 2015-16 Positive High School Athlete Awards. Again we will be looking for the most positive boys and girls high school athletes during the 2015-2016 school year in 26 different sports. If you know a student-athletes who has overcome difficult circumstances, or given back to their schools and communities in unique and positive ways, you will be able to nominate them in the form below. Nominees may win awards and scholarships from their individual schools, their counties, and could be named the Most Positive High School Athlete in their sport at the annual State-wide Awards in June. State-wide awards are presented by Hines Ward and other current and former professional athletes from the Braves, Hawks, Falcons, Dream, UGA and Georgia Tech.
